How can they become Another, as opposed to an Other, and attain an equal voice in dialogue with men?

I am doing a debate in my Ethics class about Feminism. Radical Feminists vs Conservative Feminists and I am in the Conservative side and I need help on how to respond to this question.

1.Woman has always been defined in relation to man – this has turned them into an Other.

(Question for both groups, beginning with Conservative Feminism)

How can they become Another, as opposed to an Other, and attain an equal voice in dialogue with men?
